Final Tribal Council

Welcome Erik, Mick, and jurors. We are down to the final 2, and it is time for the jury questioning.

First, Erik and Mick will post an opening statement. Then, the jurors will have a chance to ask questions. Once everyone who wanted to has asked, the jury will vote for a winner.

It has been a long and entertaining game. I'll be honest, I never expected to be sitting here in the final 2. I was fully expecting to be a member of the jury but now that I'm here I feel like I've played a good enough game to win. No, I didn't play a perfect game but I did play a very honest game. As far as I can recall, I never lied to anyone in this game. Yes, I went against some of my allies but I only did it when I felt it was absolutely necessary to get myself further in the game.

I owe a lot to the allies I had in this game. There's no way I'd be sitting here right now without them. After the final merge, I had gotten sick and I ended up missing a tribal council. I thought for sure I was going to be voted right then but my allies kept me safe and that is one of the biggest reasons I'm in the final 2 now.

I'm not expecting you all to just hand me the win but I am ready for any questions you have. I have nothing to hide and am more than willing to fill you in on anything you want to know.

I have to say im still in shock. Im unsure on how i got here.
My game play was far not the most impressive. I played this game much different to what i would have liked. I did not through my full self at the game all the time. It wasnt until the merge were i feel is were i really begin to play the game were before the merge i was just another good player.

But am i derseving of a final 2 spot? I think i am. Every move i made, every vote i casted, furthered me in the game. I dont feel as if it was alway the best or right thing but it got me here right? Yeah, but no. I have alot of people to thank, and i couldnt thank enought. I was never the center of some super alliance so i had to play on new friendships. Friendships that i plan on keeping.

To Erik: You said in your opening statement that you are fully expecting to be part of the jury. Now, do you think someone sitting on the jury deserves to be in the final 2 more than you do? If so, please say who it is and why.

To Mick: I never had a chance of talking with you the entire game. I wanna know what was your strategy to reach the final 2? Did you betray someone?

Hay Jasion.
I do feel as if i did betray some people, people from my original tribe. But i never set out to purposely do it.
I found out early about the gala alliance, i knew they were close and would dominate the game, turn everyone else on each other (which they ended up doing which is how i feel i betray my original tribe) unlike me and my minor allies (i had a few small allainces but nothing like the gala allaince) as we were only brought togteher cause of the switch, merge ect.
I became friends with the gala allaince which i felt is what really saved me and got me here.

I guess my strategy was to join the majority and once i found out of the gala alliance, it was to work myself into it. I may have turned on people but i never used anyone.

You outlasted when your tribemates seemed to be disappearing, congrats on that. Tell me about it.

Erik,
You know I am going to be harder on you. We aligned very early in this game, in fact, for me it was before I aligned with John, Dave and Russell S. So the things I want to know are:
#1 Who was your first ally?
#2 When did you decide to betray me?
#3 Why did you lie to me the evening of the first tie between Mick and I (on AIM) when, in fact , I already knew you had voted for me and you tried to blame John, I was much closer to John by that point. Why did you not just come clean?
I can't even say it made me angry when you betrayed me, it was a good move on your part, but it did hurt just a bit even though I would have voted you out eventually. LOL. Double standard. I know. I do thank you for being honest about the 2nd vote.

Hahaha Dave. You may not have know but I orginally signed up to play Laura, which is actually my username, lol. I really wanted Nat but she was taken. She never showed up and Jeff gave her last place so I ask him if I could switch to Natalie. Then orginal Natalie showed up pitching a fit on the general boards after the game had already started.

Well, to be honest I'd say there are several people on the jury that deserve a final 2 spot but if I had to choose only one I would have to say Natalie for sure. She had a huge hand in getting the alliance we had together in the beginning of the game, at least that's how it appeared to me. I think she was the glue that held our alliance together for as long as it lasted. She also played a much better social game than I did from what I can tell.

I was able to join what i call the super alliance (john's allaince) which eliminated my tribemates one by one. being close with servel members ment i was safe for while. when it came to me being the last one i guess i was not seen as a threat at that point while serval of the alliance members were. That alliance started to turn on each other and i was able to get pass the votes ok. abit of luck which worked in my favour. But dosent mean it wasnt a strugle tho.

Brett -He was so awsome. A really strong and really smart player which is why he left. Being the first jury for being a huge threat is not a bad thing, ive been there.

Jasion- You rocked. we started out talking heaps and lost contact which sucked

Ashley- Alot of peopel didnt like you, but i did. Ive gotten use to you, and i dont mind playing with you.

Dave - A very strong competitor, you could and probly would have won this whole thing.

Nat- You were so sweet and a total hottie.

Marisa- You played this game so well. You really impressed me.

John- Johnny you were my main man. Your the coolest dude!



2. Who was it the easiest to vote off for you and why? Canrt say there ever was an easy vote. No vote ever stood out as the easy vote for me.

3. Who was it the hardest to vote off for you and why? The start of the merge, voting my own off was really hard. All were, but it was simply "i had to do it".
